The following 2005 Master Complex List, as an excel spreadsheet, lists all the platforms in 2005 that were included in the GOADS-2005 study.  If your company wants to re-use its GOADS-2005 static data files for this 2008 inventory effort, you must go through the following process, since the GOADS-2008 program structure is different from the GOADS-2005 program structure:  Review the following Master Complex List, send your request specifying the Complex and Structure ID's for which you need the GOADS-2005 data via email to Ms. Holli Ensz of MMS, at holli.ensz@mms.gov.  After your request is received, ERG (MMS contractor) will email you the import files, instruct you how to download the files from the ERG ftp site, or mail you a CD.  After importing the static data files into the GOADS-2008 software, you are responsible for creating records for any new structures and new equipment that were not in place in 2005.  You are also responsible for reviewing and editing the imported 2005 data to make sure they reflect 2008.
