The Region's Office of Information Technology (IT) Services employs
Information Technology Specialists who oversee the regional IT functions.
Employees in these positions provide user assistance for PCs, workstations,
printers, plotters, office automation, and systems applications. Employees
are also responsible for the installation, configuration, and support of
hardware and software solutions.
