1 8 Complex Id Num The number assigned to each complex for purposes of internal identification.
9 1 Abandon Flag An indicator of whether or not a platform is scheduled for removal.  Y=YES  N=NO
10 1 Aloc Mtr Flag An indicator of whether or not a platform has an allocation meter.  Y=YES  N=NO or whether the allocation of products is by metering rather than by well testing.
11 1 Attended 8 Hr Flag An indicator of whether or not a platform and personnel on board 8 hours per day.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
12 1 Condn Prod Flag An indicator of whether a platform produces condensate.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
13 4 Distance To Shore The distance in nautical miles from the platform to the nearest shoreline.
17 1 Drilling Flag An indicator of whether or not a platform is drilling at the time of the inspection.  Y=YES  N=NO
18 1 Fired Vessel Fl An indicator of whether or not a platform has fired vessels. Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
19 1 Gas Prod Flag An indicator of whether or not a platform is producing gas at the time of the inspection.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
20 1 Gas Flaring Flag An indicator of whether or not a platform is flaring gas at the time of inspection.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
21 5 Mms Company Num Indicates the MMS designated operator of the platform.
26 1 Manned 24 Hr Fl An indicator of whether or not a platform and personnel ob board 24 hours per day.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
27 1 Maj Cmplx Flag An indicator of whether the complex is classified as a major complex. A major complex contains at least one major structure.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
28 7 Lease Number The number used to identify a mineral lease on the OCS.
35 11 Last Rev Date The year, month and day that the record on this platform was last revised.
46 1 Lact Mtr Flag An indicator of whether a platform has a Liquid Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT) meter.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
47 1 Injection Code An indicator of whether a location is injecting gas or water
48 1 Heliport Flag An indicator of whether or not a platform has a heliport.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
49 1 Workover Flag An indicator of whether platform operations were in the workover status at the time of the inspection.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
50 1 Water Prod Flag An indicator of whether or not a platform was producing water at the time of the inspection.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
51 5 Water Depth The distance in feet from mean sea level to the mud line.
56 1 Tank Gauge Flag An indicator of whether the platform has a tank gauge meter.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
57 1 Sulfur Prod Flag An indicator of whether a location is producing sulfur.
58 2 Subdistrict Code The indicator of the subdistrict office responsible for an inspection.
60 1 Store Tank Flag An indicator of whether the platform has product storage tanks.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
61 2 Rig Count The number of rigs at a location.
63 1 Qtr Type An indicator of the type of quarters on the platform, and whether the platform has quarters.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES,  N=NO,  P=PERMANENT,  T=TEMPORARY
64 1 Prod Eqmt Flag An indicator of whether or not a platform has production equipment installed.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
65 1 Production Flag An indicator of whether the platform was producing crude oil and/or gas well gas at the time of the inspection.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
66 1 Power Source Type An indicator of whether a location power source is electrical or diesel.
67 1 Power Gen Flag An indicator of whether the platform has power generation equipment.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
68 1 Oil Prod Flag An indicator of whether or not a platform is producing crude oil at the time of the inspection.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
69 1 Gas Sale Mtr Flag An indicator of whether a location has a gas sale meter.
70 8 Field Name Code The 2 character field name code and the block number of the platform location.
78 3 District Code The indicator of the region and district responsible for an inspection.
81 2 Crane Count The number of cranes at a location.
83 1 Compressor Flag An indicator of whether or not a platform has compressors.  Acceptable values are:  Y=YES  N=NO
84 1 Comgl Prod Flag An indicator of whether a location is commingling production.
85 3 Bed Count The number of beds in the living quarters of a platform.
88 2 Area Code The indicator used to identify an area name.  Thsi code is assigned by the OCS Survey Group to leasing maps and Official Protraction diagrams.
90 6 Block Number The number used to identify a particular block within an OCS area where a platform is located.
96 1 Meter Prover Fl An indicator of whether or not a 'meter prover' is at the location.
